Welcome to Comfy Sutera Homestay. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. We accept payment via bank transfer and cash.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

3. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the house.
  • No pets allowed.
  • No parties or events.
  • Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
  • Please take care of the property and its belongings.

4. Liability

Comfy Sutera Homestay is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property and will be charged accordingly.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
