Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Comfy Sutera, we aim to provide every guest with a smooth and comfortable stay. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund and cancellation policy before booking.

Cancellations by Guests

  • 7 days or more before check-in: Guests may cancel and receive a 90% refund. A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted.
  • 3–6 days before check-in: Guests will receive a 50% refund.
  • Less than 72 hours before check-in: Non-refundable.

No-Shows

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and no cancellation request is made, the booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

Early Check-Out

Guests who check out earlier than their scheduled departure date are not entitled to refunds for unused nights.

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or extraordinary events beyond the control of both guest and Comfy Sutera, we may offer rescheduling instead of a refund.

Cancellations by Comfy Sutera

If Comfy Sutera must cancel a confirmed booking, guests will receive a full refund with no cancellation fees.

Non-Refundable Fees

The 10% cancellation fee covers unavoidable costs such as payment processing and administration. This fee is fixed and non-refundable.
